It’s easy! Once registered, you will get your unique personal QR code for customers to tip you. Just show the QR code, and they can tip by scanning it with their phone using Apple/Google Pay or credit card. Tip goes straight to your MojoTip eWallet in seconds.

What fees will be applied?

We’re dedicated to ensuring that MojoTip is entirely free for you. When customers pay by card, the fees from the card issuer and our modest service fee will be entirely covered by the customer. This way, you won’t face any financial disadvantages, ensuring you receive the full tip amount without any deductions whatsoever!

How do I access the funds collected in my eWallet?

You may effortlessly request the funds by clicking a single button. Following this, the funds will be expeditiously transferred to your bank account within 10 minutes. It is important to note that transaction fees set by the payment provider will apply.

What personal information of mine is visible to my customers?

Customers can only see your name and profile photo.

Is my personal information safe on the platform?

Ensuring your security is our top priority. We safeguard your information using advanced Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Is it necessary for my customers to have an app to give me a tip?

  • No subscription fees for individuals and businesses

FEES AND PAYMENTS

All users agree that all payments will be processed by a third party licensed payment processor. MojoTip is only the Platform which connects service workers with the customers.

After the Customer is transferred to the third party payment services, the risk of loss or damages will pass on to the Customer and/or third party service provider. The Customer’s online credit or debit card payments to the payment receiver will be handled and processed by a third party licensed payment service provider and none of the sensitive data in relation to your payment will be stored on or used by MojoTip. MojoTip shall not be liable for any payment issues or other disputes that arise due to the third party payment services. MojoTip may change the third party payment service provider from time to time.

All users agree to pay any and all transaction fees for payments made through our Platform.

MojoTip expressly reserves the right to change fee structure at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at this Site and effective immediately without need for further notice to the Platform users.

USER ONBOARDING AND KYC

KYC processing for MojoTip platform members is provided by a third party licensed company. MojoTip is not responsible for storage and compliance of KYC data.

To onboard employees, a partnership agreement between MojoTip and the business is required, and MojoTip will provide this agreement for signing.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by Lithuanian law. You and we both agree that the courts of Lithuania will have exclusive jurisdiction.

REFUND POLICY

At MojoTip, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and users. This refund policy applies to all cashless tips made through our platform:

– Refund Request: If you wish to request a refund, please do so within 14 days from the date the cashless tip was made. Simply reach out to our customer service team at support@mojotip.com.

– Criteria for Refunds: Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    > The tip was made by mistake.

    > The amount of the tip was incorrect.

– Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your bank account or the payment method used within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refunded amount will be deducted from the MojoTip user who received the tip.

– Fees: Transaction fees, as determined by the payment service provider, will apply only to the MojoTip user who received the tip when processing refunds, based on the payment method used.

We collect information you provide when you: fill in any forms; correspond with us; register to use the MojoTip app; open an account or use any of our services; speak with a member of our customer support team (either on the phone or through the MojoTip app); or contact us for other reasons.

We will collect the following information: Your name, address, and date of birth; Your email address, phone number; password and other registration information; Identification documents (for example, your passport or personal ID), bank account details, copies of any documents you have provided for identification purposes and any other information you provide to prove you are eligible to use our services; Records of our discussions, if you contact us or we contact you (including records of phone calls); Your image in photo form. KYC and AML data will be processed by a third party licensed service provider. MojoTip is not responsible for storage and compliance of KYC and AML data. MojoTip is integrated with a licensed KYC and AML service provider through a direct, secure and encrypted connection.

Information from your device whenever you use our website or app, we collect the following information: Technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your log-in information; Information about your visit, including the links you have clicked on, through and from our site (including date and time), services you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling and clicks), and methods used to browse away from the page; Information on transactions (for example, payments into your account), including the date, time, amount, currencies, beneficiary details, IP address of sender and receiver, sender’s and receiver’s name and registration information and the payment method used.
